PARTY C: The screen confirmed submission.
PARTY A: The confirmation disappeared.

PARTY C: The appropriate parties.
PARTY A: Who are the appropriate parties?
PARTY C: The parties responsible for reviewing reports.
PARTY A: Will Party A be told whether the report was reviewed?
PARTY C: Party A was told the report was submitted.
PARTY A: Will Party A be told whether an error was found?
PARTY C: The report may be reviewed.
PARTY A: Will Party A receive the review?
PARTY C: Party A received confirmation that the report was submitted.
PARTY A: For a few seconds.
