Diagnostic Pleasure, n.
The quiet satisfaction of identifying a pattern of cruelty in others, especially when the naming itself appears to exempt the namer. Most acute in those with adequate vocabulary. Intensifies as the list grows.

A moral address assembled from many voices at once, each contributing a line, so that no single author can be held responsible for the whole. Formed in public feeds, where the sermon appears to write itself. Particularly effective at producing unanimity without producing a speaker.

The aesthetic preparation of a target for communal recognition. Includes framing, cropping, captioning, flattening, and the removal of inconvenient dimensionality.

The hunger to punish after punishment has been renamed. Often experienced as clarity, courage, or finally saying what needed to be said. Most stable when shared.

A premium social hatred distinguished by soft phrasing, moral fragrance, and an excellent opinion of itself. Unlike earlier, less developed models, it permits the user to feel humane throughout. An open civic space in which conditions are reported but never felt. Rain is announced, never falls. Storms are documented by witnesses who remain dry. Users gather to describe the atmosphere to one another and leave without ever having stood in it.
