It looks at the mechanics of how things actually work:

• how structure supports or distorts intention

• how to make practical decisions inside complexity

The language here comes from engineering, consulting, and real systems — public-sector environments, pharma, program design, and the operational realities that rarely make it into writing.

I won’t post here frequently yet.
I’d rather let this space settle while the rest of the studio grows.
