Kirenya is a creative studio weaving fiction, nonfiction, and hybrid works that move between dream, structure, and signal. Through multiple pen names, we explore layered meaning across stories, essays, and experimental dispatches. Begin when you’re ready.

Here is the current architecture:

STOMARI
Operates in the liminal layer: dream logic, symbolic drift, and the quiet strangeness of thresholds.
Primary mode: intuitive movement and ambient narrative.

MAKARI
Focuses on reflective analysis: perception, pattern, and the interior structure of meaning.
Primary mode: slow insight and conceptual clarity.

MABSTAMA
Handles structural tension: satire, pressure-testing, and speculative rupture.
Primary mode: sharp logic and system-level interrogation.

PANOMA
Applies engineered thinking: systems, strategy, frameworks, and the architecture of practical action.
Primary mode: real-world clarity and operational design.

MIRA DONIA
A long-arc voice. Her work centers on speculative worldbuilding, story architecture, and the synthesis of all other currents.
She is not yet active. Nothing is published under her name at this time, and she may surface slowly. For now, she anchors the horizon — the storyteller who will eventually weave the studio’s wider mythos.

Each pen name operates independently, but the studio is designed so their lines of work can inform one another. This creates a modular system: distinct rooms within the same house, each with its own logic and field of attention.

You’re free to enter through whichever mode resonates.
The structure exists to support movement.

If you stay long enough, you’ll begin to sense how the pieces connect — not by similarity, but by design.

5. Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime?

Yes. All subscription management — upgrades, downgrades, cancellations — happens through your Substack account settings.

6. How often do you publish? Will I receive every post by email?

Cadence varies by voice and by project.

Some pieces arrive in quiet bursts.
Some arrive monthly.
Others evolve slowly and surface when they’re ready.

Email settings also differ:
you may receive major posts by email, but most pieces live on the site, ready to be discovered when you explore.

7. Will every piece have an audio version?

Not every piece, but many will.

Some posts will appear as text-only.
Some as audio-only.
Some as both.

A dedicated Audio Room will hold all audio in one place.
This includes stories, reflections, and select experiments.

8. Do you offer refunds?

The platform does not offer refunds, but you may cancel anytime through your account settings to pause future charges.

9. Can I gift a subscription?

Yes.
The “Gift” option appears on the subscription page.
This allows you to send paid access to someone else.

10. Do you offer group or institutional subscriptions?

Yes.

Each edition offers a coherent set of still images, motion, or audio designed for placement and reuse in personal and commercial projects. They are intended to support work—appearing as background, reference, transition, or visual texture—rather than to be consumed as a finished work.

Studio Editions are released as part of an ongoing catalogue and include a clear license for personal and commercial use.

2. Why are Studio Editions numbered?

Studio Editions are numbered as part of a catalogue rather than a sequence.

The numbers indicate availability and accumulation, not order, hierarchy, or progression. Each edition stands on its own and can be entered at any point.

3. Why don’t Studio Editions come with instructions?

Studio Editions are materials, not methods.

They are designed to be adaptable across different workflows, contexts, and disciplines. Providing instructions would narrow their use and impose assumptions about how they should be applied.

The materials are intentionally open so they can be placed, combined, and reused according to your needs.

4. What am I allowed to do with this after I buy it?

License (at a glance)

Purchase of a Studio Edition grants a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the materials in that edition in personal and commercial projects.

Redistribution or resale of the materials as standalone files is not permitted.

Each edition folder includes a License.txt file with the full terms.

6. Will you email me every post? How often do you publish?

This is something I’m still finding my rhythm with.

I know every reader has their own pace — some prefer weekly, some monthly, some occasional bursts. For now, I’m paying attention to how you respond, and letting the field find its own pace.

Some voices speak more often than others, and I hold Mabst back more often than I should. Some stories arrive fast; others take their time. And I’ve gotten pretty good at getting stuck in the Delay Loop.

I plan to post at least once a month. I hope to post more often. For now: expect irregular but intentional posts, and know that each one has a reason for being here.

7. Are audio versions of stories included for all pieces?

Some pieces will appear in both text and audio formats. Others will be text-only or audio-only. I plan to maintain a curated Listening Room Page where you can find them all — accessible from the Home Page and the Navigation Bar.

8. Do you offer refunds?

Refunds aren’t offered through the platform, but you can cancel anytime through your account settings to avoid future charges.

9. Can I gift a subscription?

Yes — you can gift a subscription directly through the platform. Look for the “Gift” option on the subscribe page.
